The legs of the stand have added grips to ensure it wont slip or shift when in use. 25 perfectly spaced and aligned holes on each 1850mm tall upright-bar allows you to adjust the rack position for various height requirements, which is suitable for athletes of different heights and to allow for squats, bench press, clean pulls, floor press, overhead press, and much more.

Our Squat Stand is accompanied by two heavy-duty J-Cups (also known as J-Hooks), which have an added plastic insert lining to protect your Olympic bars.
